Jen is a true matchmaker at heart, someone who sees the connection before anyone else does.

With over 20 years of recruiting experience across industries and markets, including the Bay Area and the Twin Cities, she brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to every search. She has a natural curiosity that drives her to ask the right questions, understand what really matters, and uncover opportunities others might miss.

At her core, Jen loves working with clients who value partnership and transparency and candidates with a story to tell. She’s especially energized by those moments when the right fit isn’t obvious at first, but comes together in a way that just works.
