Betsy Miller

Betsy is the kind of leader who believes business is personal in the best way and that there’s almost always a silver lining if you’re willing to look for it.

With over 20 years of experience in IT staffing and talent strategy, she has been a key part of Intuitive’s growth since 2011. She played a role in the company’s transition to an employee owned model and continues to support its direction as a member of the Board of Directors.

At her core, Betsy is a connector. She partners with organizations navigating growth, change, and transformation, helping align the right talent to what truly moves the business forward. Her approach goes beyond filling roles. She focuses on understanding the bigger picture so teams are built with intention.
